I. Introduction

The material falls into the feed port network chain, with the drive of the network chain and the push plate, into the steam heating blanching groove. The material is boiled and washed by the rolling water. Hot boiling temperature with zQDF-40 solenoid valve, thermocouple, temperature control meter control. The time of hot cooking is controlled by SPT series taper disk, ring disk CVT (SPT3.5-16, 1.5kW) or electromagnetic speed regulating motor. Steam with the help of 40 globe valve, filter valve, solenoid valve formed by the bypass loop regulation into the blanching tank, so that the water temperature of the tank always maintain the required temperature (up to 100℃).
