Ⅱ. Working Principle and Characteristics
This machine adopts wind wheel type high speed rotating knife, fixed knife impact, shear grinding, not only crushing effect is good, and crushing time chamber produced strong airflow, the heat of the crushing chamber and the finished product flow out from the screen mesh, crushing fineness can be replaced to determine the screen mesh. The unit uses the relative movement between movable tooth plate and fixed tooth plate, so that the material can be crushed by the impact of tooth plate, friction and impact between materials. The crushed material automatically enters the collecting bag under the action of rotating centrifugal force, and the dust is filtered and recovered by the dust collector through the cloth bag. The machine is designed according to the standard, all made of stainless steel, no dust flying in the production process. Ⅳ. Instructions
1. When the grinder is connected to the point source, it is necessary to pay attention to the turning of the grinder. According to the turning mark of arrow → on the belt cover of the grinder.
2. Fix the tooth plate under the bending, as long as the bending bolt can be.
3. Fold the royal bearing, first hit the boot cavity, royal to rotate the tooth plate or knife, take out the labyrinth and the center bearing cover, and then royal to the outer end of the pulley and bearing cover, thus pushing the shaft to both ends of the royal to both ends of the bearing and shaft.
4. The oil hole of the shaft cavity bushing is still aligned with the oil eye during installation.
5. When installing the screen, the screen ring should be close to the shoulder slot in the machine cavity, otherwise the screen ring will be damaged when closing the door.
6. Make the screen ring, the length of the screen should be made according to the inner shoulder size of the screen ring, if the screen is damaged, it should be matched to the manufacturer.
7. Installation of screen: two pieces of screen ring alignment mark and then press the screen into the screen ring, such as the screen is too tight, the screen can be bent inward after pressing into, and then push outward.
8. The connection of the crusher shall be connected to the voltage of three-phase 380V and 50HZ.
