Operation Method
1. Boot: after the conveyor is installed or repaired, it can be powered on and run empty. Press the green start button, the motor power is connected, the conveyor can work normally.
2. Shutdown and emergency shutdown: Press the red shutdown button when the work is finished or an emergency occurs.
Maintenance and Maintenance
1. The adjustment foot of the conveyor should be in good contact with the ground. The body should be kept level to reduce the vibration of the conveyor.
2. Belt and plate belt conveyor will be elongated after a period of use. To check the belt, plate belt tightness degree regularly, adjust the tensioning device, to ensure that the belt does not slip, deviation.
3. Regularly lubricate bearings, active sprockets, passive sprockets and chains (generally once a month).
4. It is forbidden to start the motor frequently.
5. Clean the dirt on the surface of the belt in time to ensure that the surface is clean.
6. The chain and sprocket have protective cover before delivery, please do not remove it at will.
