Stem and Leaf Winnowing Machine
I. Functions
Stem and leaf winnowing machine is suitable for dehydrated vegetables, tea leaves, dry food foreign body removal, using specific gravity selection, quantitative supply, wind regulation and other means. It can remove the heavy foreign body in the finished product, such as: stone, sand, metal; Light foreign body, such as: paper, hair, sawdust, plastic, silk cotton.
Ⅱ. The Principle of Stem and Leaf Winnowing Machine
The machine is composed of material elevator, fan, air separation chamber, heavy material outlet, light material outlet and base.
The material is transported by the hoist and evenly distributed into a vibration plate.The light foreign matter is rotated into the receiving box 1 by the fan 1, and the finished product enters the secondary vibration plate.
The heavy foreign matter is collected into the receiving box 2 by the fan 2 using the principle of specific gravity.

Ⅳ. Operation Steps
(1). Turn on the power switch of fan 1 and adjust the frequency conversion to the set parameters: green onion frequency conversion to 10±2Hz, Cabbage to 20±3Hz, carrot to 25±3Hz.
(2). Turn on the power switch of fan 2 and adjust the frequency conversion to the set parameters: green onion frequency conversion to 25±2Hz, Cabbage to 40±8Hz, carrot to 35±2Hz.
(3). Turn on the power switch and fan bracket power supply.
(4). Turn on the vibration power switch.
(5). After the work, cut off the power switch of each part of the air separator from back to front in reverse order.
Ⅴ. Notes
(1). When the machine is in operation, pay attention to whether the machine selection effect is normal. If there is any abnormality, make relevant adjustment in time.
(2). The size of vibration and material forward speed adjustment: according to the variety of materials, the hand wheel at the bottom of the end face, adjust the motor tensioning pulley, with the material slightly turn forward is better.
(3). If the temperature is high and the humidity is high, it is not suitable to start the machine.
